Nix can be a good to great QB. He had all the measurable sand arm talent you could want. Right now he tries to aim throws, which is common for a young QB. His footwork is pretty awful which is surprising coming from his dad being his coach. The footwork has a lot to do with his accuracy problems. That will not change under Gus as Gus absolutely does not coach footwork to his QB’s.

Gus has no accountability with the offense, he surrounded himself with a bunch of yes men... it’s ridiculous to think that out of all the hires for offense, we have gus at OC, kodi burns, Cadillac Williams, so on and so forth... you can hire the best and you surround yourself with people with zero experience.
