like Nix, and I think he may be a great QB one day, but that is unlikely if Malzahn is his coach.
Nix can be a good to great QB. He had all the measurable sand arm talent you could want. Right now he tries to aim throws, which is common for a young QB. His footwork is pretty awful which is surprising coming from his dad being his coach. The footwork has a lot to do with his accuracy problems. That will not change under Gus as Gus absolutely does not coach footwork to his QB’s.

Jones basically: “Nix made some extremely poor plays and some that cost us the game, but the coaches put together an awful game plan for a TF quarterback and have continuously put him in a terrible position all season, and having a different quarterback probably isn’t going to solve that issue. That is on the coaches.
Our offense may actually be better fit to be a passing offense this year. I didn’t think the offensive game plan was that bad.

Gus has no accountability with the offense, he surrounded himself with a bunch of yes men... it’s ridiculous to think that out of all the hires for offense, we have gus at OC, kodi burns, Cadillac Williams, so on and so forth... you can hire the best and you surround yourself with people with zero experience.

Name a coach on offense that any other SEC team would trade us for.

I would rather have Matt Luke than Gus

There is a difference in being a passing offense and throwing the ball 50 times.
I don’t have a problem coming out trying to open them up with the pass, but our entire passing scheme is dependent on being able to have secondaries nite on the play action. We just don’t have the passing scheme to win trying to throw the ball like that.

Apparently sharing the blame that can deservedly go around to others offends you though.
So now you’re claiming that your argument is that the blame should be shared? You must be doing the thing where people realize their wrong and flip the argument.
You’ve been going on and on about how Bo Nix solely killed the game for us, placing the blame squarely on him. Now you’re saying that that’s not the case and that just some of the blame goes on him? GTFO

Saban has a former P5 and NFL HC as his OC.
Nobody worth a damn, wants to work for Gus under his offense. A place where has beens, and never will bes, go to work.
The defense, on the other hand, has some great coaches and recruiters!

Yes. You posted the QB stats...
So you didn't see what I was responding to. Got it.

I said Nix was a problem, too. Otherwise show me where I said this.
Anybody that’s blamed Gus for having to rely on a TF has basically said the exact same thing.
If anything, your hot take that Daniel Thomas killed the game was laughable. Defense forced nine 3 and outs and You blame a defensive player for giving up the first 7 points of the game.

It was hyperbole for your hot take that a single person killed this game. Every song person arguing with you has been saying that Nix made mistakes but that the loss didn’t fall solely on him.

Who has said the loss solely falls on Nix? Quit making shite up,and start pointing out these so called posts.

It is possible many people are responsible for our terrible football team
Which generally means the person in charge is doing a bad job, like a head coach

I'll play along.
Other than coaching, who was most responsible for our losses to FLA and LSU?
Nix should have not started this season, and most definitely, been yanked in those two games.
A home game atmosphere, and he still played like a TF. Unfortunately, we now don't have a legitimate alternative to turn to.

Apparently not. Can’t say Gus and Bo and the rest of the offense are responsible. Has to be all on Gus.

There is plenty of blame to spread around. This is a message board, we have plenty of time to dissect all of it.

You when you said Nix “KILLED the game”
You can continue arguing with yourself for the rest of the night though
