well, they did pay astronomical sum/contract for Fisher so the schedule should not be a problem

Well they do have to play Mississippi State, so I'm leaning maybe they do.

100%, beat ranked WVU on the road, top 5 Oregon on neutral, number 2 Bama on the road, number 3 Arkansas at home, top 15 UGA on neutral. I think all in all they beat 8 ranked teams, the national champions, the Rose Bowl champions, and the Orange bowl champions.

Based on everything Aggies (and more) told LSU fans last year about having to play Miami, Auburn, UF, Bama, A&M and more as ranked opponents:
“The number of ranked opponents you play doesn’t matter until the year is over and we see where they are ranked after the season”
