This is a standard big12 thing. They don't have the same ticket policies as the SEC.
You didn't get any special or unusual ticket treatment.

Pulled out all the stops and still got their asses whipped. The only thing they didn't do is make sure the headsets weren't working like in Auburn.

SEC teams seem to do a fairly decent job at giving decent seats to opponents.

I would hope the 3k seats is a reciprocal thing. That’s pretty Busch league for such a big game.

Have LSU fans always been this pathetic? I don't remember.

From the fan base that brags about throwing batteries, piss balloons, and sucking dick (not A&M).

The worst of all of these are the locker rooms. No AC or fans in the opponents locker room. LA Tech let us know ahead of time. We brought blowers and fans. This is a player safety issue.
Must be a TX thing. A&M tried that against Alabama in 2013.

Well for the band and fans.... tough chit.
As for the locker room, that is low class trash and it needs to be addressed.
Not right at all.

Austin is too close to the SEC office.

TL;DR - UT fans suck, LSU’s D had legit injuries/cramps, but LSU fans should probably just drop it.
Thoughts from an LSU fan who is at least attempting to be objective:
1. To Texas fans that keep bringing up the death threat.. let me state the obvious since apparently it’s needed: that guy is a shitbag and deserves whatever punishment is coming to him. Nobody with a brain condones that behavior.
2. The reason LSU fans are fixated on this is that UT fans a) booed our players when they were injured and b) started saying that we “cheated” to win the game. Not all of the injuries were even related to cramps. Three defensive players are either sitting out or questionable for next week. I don’t know if every single player that went down was a legit injury/cramp or not, but I know multiple LSU players left the field throughout the game, and some left to receive IV fluids. To have opposing fans (loudly) boo those players then call them cheaters is a bitch move.
3. The UT “well why didn’t anyone but LSU’s defense suffer from cramps?!?11” thought process is stupid for several reasons. First, defenses almost always get winded faster than offenses. It’s why hard-nosed rushing attacks are more successful after “wearing down” the defense for 3 quarters. It’s part of what makes up-tempo offenses work. Anyone who can’t understand the difference between backpedaling/shuffling vs. running downhill is, again, an idiot.
Second, the cramping issues started during UT’s 19 play, 7 minute 17 second drive in the 3rd quarter. That is an insanely long drive. After that drive, LSU’s defense had a break for all of 6 plays before they scored another TD. In fact, LSU scored three touchdowns after that drive in 18 plays and 6:27 on the game clock. So LSU scored three TD’s in less plays/time than the one UT drive.
Time of possession in the second half was LSU 8:22 Texas 21:38. UT’s defense wasn’t on the field enough to get winded. Defensive snaps in second half: LSU 51 Texas 28. Texas D wasn’t on the field enough to get winded. Not because they were good - because they were terrible.
4. LSU fans need to be careful going all-in on this air conditioning narrative. In the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter (we won) and if it turns out to be overstated we are just going to look like idiots.

Texas AD Del Conte. “We provide one of the best visitor setups available and are proud of the efforts we put forth in hosting our guests.” LMAO there you have it from the Texas AD himself..band seats in the stratosphere, no A/C in the locker room. And they are proud of what they did to their guests.

And ignorant people thought this was the worst possible matchup for A&M fans.
As it turns out, tu is back in their place with the L, and their AD exposed their asses in a very public manner.
