Mine has to be 2007. Coming out on top of the most controversial year of CFB ever was a great feeling. Boston College, USF, and even Hawaii was in the discussion at one point. Absolutely wild.
And for those that cant participate with a natty from their own school due to there not being one, or due to you being required to be 80 years old... dont be discouraged!
This is officially a Dick Ride Safety Zone.

So many to choose from.
Probably 2011. Very special game.
1992.

1992 for me. I was a freshman in the Big Easy. Everybody said Bama had no chance. And those Miami fans and players were the most obnoxious I have ever encountered. Very satisfying game to watch.

2006 OSU.
No one gave us a chance and we pummeled one of the most piece of shite teams in the country. I still remember Lee Corso talking about how they were going to "punch the Gators right in the mouth" only to have us run the score up.

Sorry for not dick riding the SEC but USC and Texas and FSU and Auburn. Both badass games, and yes I rooted for FSU. They were just plain fun to watch.

I can't decide between 1996 or 2006.
96 because it was the first, and the arse kicking of FSU.
2006 because it was Ohio State, and it was also a glorious arse kicking. And I won a shitload of money.

1992
My dad recorded that game on VHS, and I watched it religiously once a week as a kid. Watching Teague run down Lamar Thomas for the strip gives me chills every time.
Also, 21-0.
ETA: Especially growing up, other than the '94 and '99 seasons, there wasn't really much to hang your hat on as a Bama fan, other than your parents and grandparents talking about the Bear. That little tape gave me so much solace.

Worst year ever. 2007 LSU is the luckiest team in the history of college football.

and Thomas was the most obnoxious of them all the night before the game

For some reason I always find myself thinking about the Oregon v. Auburn title game?

Where are the a+m posters?

What was the quote?
"I knew Coach (Stallings) was gonna blame someone, and I didn't want it to be me."

92 was my freshman year at the university too!

1992 (technically it was played in 93) Bama vs. Miami. Bill Oliver’s defense destroyed a favored and cocky Miami that was at the peak of its dynasty. The rundown and strip of Lamar Thomas by George Teague is one of the greatest plays you’ll ever see.

2009. Now I understand the significance of the 92 game, but I was too young to really enjoy it then.

I'd say 96 because over FSU, but I was pretty young. Didn't enjoy it as much as I did 06. If I was older it would be 96 for sure.
