So as someone who has never visited hogville I have a question

Are they eternal pessimists or eternal sunshine pumpers? From what I’ve read on here it seems whoever it is that doesn’t tow the company line and try’s to challenge the status quo gets the banhammer but I’m curious which side of the coin usually gets you banned

Its basically drive time sports but on a message board. They keep everything very PG and wont allow you to bully the idiots.

I fully believe this to be true now. it's sad as it didnt used to be this way. but posters like yourself are really bringing down the quality discussion and knowledge of sports on the board.

I play golf with Lanny and Wilson. Go to church with Wilson. I love that place. They invite people to freely discuss any opinions they have there. They feel it adds value to the site to allow such free discourse.
When you sign up over there feel free to be honest about how badly a particular player sucked during a game or about what a piss poor decision any coach or AD has made. They just love honesty.

It's both extremes, very very few in the middle; we're either the greatest thing since sliced bread or UCA has a better program.
The doom-and-gloomers over there don't exist on any other Hog site on that level, it really is something to behold and laugh at.

Truth is layout aside hogville and woopig have something in common. They are both VERY clickish. Unless you are "one of them" your opinion means way less. And God forbid that a new poster step away from the status quo as laid out by the mods. You WILL be shown the door.
The problem with both groups is the inclusive and clickish high school crowd bullshite you have to deal with. I'm amazed either site is able to attract and keep posters as both seem determined to run them off.

I got banned once for joking about a moderator bragging about banning people.
It used to be a good board...but it sold out.

One of my favorite account names I used on there was UrMitchesBiches.
Half of their total user *accounts are mine that got banned.

Well hell, I was just over there the other day. I didn't even last 24 hours before I got a permaban.
ETA: One person from over there said that I was trolling the board because I said I was gonna troll the board over here. And that's pretty much all it took.
Plus I called out their moderators.
