This investigation centers around the FBI trial of a couple of Adidas executives and would-be handler Christian Dawkins. There is a criminal trial scheduled for April.
The NCAA can now use that information alone instead of being forced to launch their own investigation.

In the fall of 2018, initial court documents were released that showed Will Wade was on wiretaps, although the extent of those conversations were not fully released.

Will Wade vehemently denies having ever done business with Christian Dawkins.

On February 26, 2019, Yahoo! Sports and USA Today revealed that LSU's Will Wade and Arizona's Sean Miller were facing subpoenas in the ongoing FBI criminal case.

You did a good job putting a lot of info in one place... regardless of your anti-LSU agenda. It’ll certainly be interesting to see how this plays out.
I’ll add...LSU will absolutely have an NCAA issue on its hands down the road. The problem is the NCAA doesn’t have any of the stuff yet, they got denied by the court. NCAA is compeletely separate process from the current happenings, and they pretty much have to wait til this is all over.

This is actually really fascinating to me. I believe NorthBruin40 to be much more than some random UCLA fan. No doubt somehow connected to the whole ordeal, likely a part of the defense team. He's been spot on, and has given credit to some supposedly connected UCLA board "mod."

This should be an official NCAA basketball FBI investigation thread.
Why not include Duke and Kansas? if the NCAA is going to inquire the FBI's findings, they're going to investigate Kansas and Duke in a bidding war for Zion.

personally I think it's hilarious you all think the NCAA is going to come down on LSU when at least three blue bloods (Arizona, Duke, and Kansas) are all implicated in Dawkins' selling out for reduced sentence. the fact that Kansas Basketball has been recorded by wiretap about purchasing Zion is absolutely epic, putting Kansas and LSU in a very, very familiar boat. Is it possible the NCAA somehow overlooks what Kansas did? sure, but the case in april is going to put a lot of heat on the blue bloods
No, I don't think LSU comes out of this unscathed. I just don't think the NCAA is going to do as much as you're all hoping and praying for (fricking pathetic and hilarious btw) when double digit schools that help line the NCAA's pockets are going to be included in this investigation. We won't even be the last SEC school implicated in Dawkins going scorched earth on CBB, so prep those butts!
