an article came out that an FBI field agent from Baton Rouge was in Baton Rouge and this COULD mean that the FBI is investigating Wade. This is Yahoo grasping at straws. What would the FBI be investigating him for? They’ve had the tapes for nearly 2 years. Why would they just now open an investigation into Wade? This is clickbait by Yahoo and, of course, the dullards here ate it up.

And LSU came out after this and said they are unaware of any FBI presence in BTR or investigation into Wade.
Don't tell MrAU that though. He has it all figured out. He's probably the most personally vested poster in this saga. So wrapped up in. Just let him tell you.
