So wait, You could pickup 2 2nd half targeting fouls, miss the first half of the next games (including 2nd half of games fouls are committed in), then on top of that miss an entire EXTRA game?

Needs to be a 15 yard penalty on the 1st offense and then another 15 yard penalty and kicked out of the game on the 2nd offense. No carryover from game to game.

I dont think there should any carry over from game to game but I have no issue with someone getting kicked out a game if it meets ALL the criteria for targeting, not just one or two bits.
Unquestionable targeting in all aspects - 15 yards and booted from game

I also don't like that if it wasn't called on the field that they can go back and rewind it in slow motion and then assess the penalty.

Anyone that's a fan of college football should be pissed about this.
We can't even get the league to agree on whats constitutes a fricking targeting call or fairly call them but now we are extending the suspensions for it?

Just says "recommended" for now but the player is already suspended for a half so I guess they're adding another half on the 2 nd offense? I'd like to see some type of link.
