Returns...
(SO) Trevor Lawrence - 5 star QB
(SO) Justyn Ross - 5 star WR
(JR) Tee Higgins - 5 star WR
(SO) Derion Kendrick - 5 star WR
(JR) Travis Etinine - 3 star RB (Reminds me of josh jacobs being under-ranked... both play like 5 stars)
And they are adding...
(FR) Joe Ngata - 6’4, 210lb - 5 star WR on rivals
(FR) Frank Larson - 6’4 186lb - 5 star WR on 247

How many Olinemen did they lose? I genuinely don't know.

They’re offense will be other worldly unless that OL suffers. I don’t know who they’re losing but if it was a veteran bunch they could struggle late in the year once they’re done with ACC play.

They return three OL starters. Last year they signed a 5 star that will be their new left tackle. Clemson’s recruited very well on the offensive line.

Two at a minimum.

Luckily Todd will have awhile to plan for them before the playoff game next year. Hopefully the game with the Aggies in Atlanta won’t cause to much wear and tear on our guys.

Two is correct. C and LT. OL should be just as good as this year. The backup LT is a rising sophomore 5 star who looked great in limited snaps. A couple of talented/experienced upperclassmen are available at C that have had a lot of snaps over the past two years.
Clemson's O will be better next year.

I think Etienne ended as a 4 star. Either way he is clearly a Top 10 RB in the country today.
Also Lynn-J Dixon is a slightly quicker, less powerful version of Etienne. He is going to be a breakout RB this next year.

It really is an absurd amount of playmakers. This upcoming Clemson offense has 2004-2005 USC, 2008 Florida, 2010 Auburn level of potential
NFL talent wise, I think it beats out all of the above.

They’re gonna beat the frick out of everyone for another 2 years. The end.

Yeah, I think we're about to see a USC 2003-2005 level of run where they rip off 40+ wins in a row.

I thought we had a serious conversation going up to this post

Let’s not get too crazy yet.
Don’t they lose a good bit of their defense?

You rarely see an oline lose most of its experienced starters and be just as good. Not saying you will be proven wrong, but I feel like experience on the online is more important than any other position group.

USC's highest win streak was 34. I think Oklahoma in the 1950s is the only team to have a 40+ game win streak (47).

For one thing, we are not losing most of our starters. We are losing 2 of 5 starters.
Clemson plays it's number 2 guys a lot...
2019 Returning Offensive Line Projected Starters
LT - Jackson Carman So. (205 snaps)
LG - John Simpson Sr. (797 snaps), returning starter
C - Gage Cervenka Sr. (513 snaps), returning starter at RG
RG - Matt Bockhorst So. (197 snaps)
RT - Tremayne Anchrum SR (743 snaps), returning starter
Sean Pollard (478 snaps) will factor in as well and play a lot. LT will be the biggest question mark... it might take Carman some time to settle in, but he is our most talented/physically gifted OL.
Make no mistake, Clemson is not UGA or Alabama talented on the offensive line, but they are good enough to go toe to toe with the big boys.

Ahh I forgot my own question. I thought you meant only 2 were returning. Apologies.

Definitely helps.

There's no doubt about that.

Looks Close to OUs offense, but they have a defense to go with it. When Lincoln Riley fixes the defense OU and Clemson are going to have some Playoff battles for the ages.
