I’m thinking Justin was supposed to toss it to the punter who had the option to kick it or run for a first if it was there. Justin defied orders and tried to keep it. Probably would of ended up a kicked ball if it would of been done correctly. Look at Jakes body language, he as expecting the ball.

No he wasn't. He sold it like he was supposed to do. It was the same play design as 2012.

you think our plan was to snap it to the upback, who would then toss it back to the punter? Why not just snap it to the punter?
