It’s time to re-establish the Texas A&M vs Texas rivalry game so the entire world can finally find out who owns the state of Texas. Since Texas is baaaacckkk and A&M is no longer mediocre/bad

You gave up 32 points vs. a mediocre UCF team.
Don't even give me the "we were playing walkons in the secondary" bullshite. With the highest paid defensive coordinator in college football you should have been able to shut them down using Oklahoma's defense.
A&M was missing its top two tacklers against N.C. State and still held them below 300 yards and 14 points.

A&M doesn't want to play Texas because they are scared of what effect it can have on the season/recruiting. Not sure what you are getting at in this post, but the logic isn't quite there

Actually, A&M just needs a hole to open in the schedule. We'll see if that happens or not. Also, I sincerely expect the two teams will meet in a Bowl game soon enough

This is odd. Not sure what you don't understand. Clearly you've been consumed with other things and have been unable to pay attention.
When A&M left the Big12, A&M officials stated many times that they intended to keep playing the Horns at Thanksgiving. Texas' AD Deloss Dodds refused and tried to exact revenge by pushing other B12 teams to never schedule the Aggies.
Deloss & Texas admin were being arrogant asses, and were especially ticked that Aggies balked at tagging along with them to join the Pac10/12.
Because of Texas's BS, the Aggies made other scheduling plans.
Most Aggies still remember the juvenile horn behavior and consequently don't have much interest in renewing the series.
