So Arkansas and Mississippi come in at 45 and 49, but Arkansas is 7th and Mississippi is 6th in quality of life. How could that possibly be?

Edit... I'm not disputing our crappy rankings. Just not sure why the quality of life is ranked high. Unless it has to do with low cost of living.

We are sixth in quality of life? I mean I enjoy living here but surprised to see an outside view take that view.
