Because the teams with the money aren't good basketball schools. Unlike football, it takes more devotion than just throwing money at 5*s in basketball.

Not to mention his own university doesn’t even like him for failing to talk to them about the in his role in the investigation .....which is border line a fireable offense. They were paper tigers this year anyhow so they might as well fire him and save face.
That's a melt.

huggins is at his Alma Mater. You need to think before you post. Plus he is long in the tooth. What Bama needs is an up and comer and we thought that was Grant who turned out to be a dude comer.

Looks like these are the elite hoopyshoot coaches, bama needs to renovate coleman and give saban money to any of these.
Coach k
Izzo
Boeheim
Calipari
Pitino
Self
Williams
Wright
Sure cal and pitino are cheaters but maybe they could promise to turn over a new leaf. I’m sure cal will tire of uk soon and pitino is available. Just go down the list with 7 million per year and keep increasing until one of these frickers take the bait.
Bama double nattie every year imminent

I bet our AD over the years have tried. So based on your lame theory NS would go to Kansas for the right money? The best coaches go to mainly tradition rich schools in their respective sports.
