And that's the truth, fine and well. Your fans that pretend to believe that they solicited money from other programs, but came to Auburn for nothing, though, appear naive and stupid, or to be trying to spin the truth away.

Seriously the most dramatic fumble of all time. Customers at Buffalo Wild Wings probably wanted to justify staying longer?

So "sources say" a former teammate of a guy "says" there are unknowns others who may be willing to pay to try to get some leverage in a supposed negotiation, then MSU says no. Maybe there were no others and MSU called BS on the "sources say unknown others willing to pay".
You seem to be ignoring all exhaustive investigative findings of scores of people, bank records and tax documents for a "sources say", "unknowns", and motives (leverage), and ultimate actions (MSU not ponying up a dollar).
Anyway, this has been beaten to death in the past. Moving on.

Then there was the McElroy fumble at about the 2 yard line that was on the ground for what seemed like a minute, till one of their guys ran around two of our linemen, and fell on the ball. Then, on another drive, inside the 10 again, and Richardson dropped a td pass on the goal line with no defender near him, and he was a good pass catcher.
Weirdest game I have ever seen.

Cecil Newton admitted he shopped Cam. The NCAA created a rule that is now referred to as the Newton Rule, that parents can no longer act as agents for their children.
Thems the facts.

The facts are that Cecil and Kenny Rogers approached MSU about payment for Cam to go to MSU. He didn’t for whatever reason and went to Auburn. The NCAA investigated Auburn and the Newtons. They found he was eligible to play football. No one knows what else or if anything else happened. So it seems to be you that’s bending the “truth” based on the FACTS that we know.

I want to take a moment to say thank you to Cam Newton. It still amazes me how much he rustles people. They will look at facts and still continue to spew lies. Hyperbole...Pete Thamel is thy name.

You can't even figure the difference between the "didn't know about payment loophole" and the "no evidence Auburn paid or tried to pay him" issue
So perhaps naivety and stupidity isn't exactly a "them" problem when it comes to you, champ.

Hey tard, I've been DaWG since I was about 5 years old (47 now), born in the ATL, Mom was a diehard DaWG fan, so I came by it legit.
Used to post on the Dawgvent in late 90's, early 2000's, then got away from posting much anywhere until the last year or two, now just post on Dawgnation, secrant and the dawg rant some.
Don't fukkin call me a fairweather fan, I've been all DaWG for over forty years, they the great times and the lean.

The Dawgvent was probably the best college football sports board on the web back then. That and TiderInsider but the vent allowed for off topics too and was a lot of fun.

That was a violation of SEC rules which made Cam ineligible per SEC rules. 2010 has the biggest * EVAR!!!!

So his dad shopped him to other schools, but turned down all the money he was asking for so he could instead go to Auburn for free?

The SEC has zero power to declare a player ineligible. Zero.

So you’re saying that MSU offered him money?

That's true. Per SEC rules at the time, he was ineligible to play for MSU. Not sure why they kept recruiting him anyway but that's probably why they wouldn't respond to the SEC when asked for information.
