try using the gif that I posted last night (at least we know it will work) and of u still cant get it to work, I will try something else for you... we no let friggin' pc program to get the best of us

I finally figured out how to do it with Giphy app on mobile so that it posts every time. You have to go to the GIF you want on the app, copy the link to share, open it up in your browser, hold down on the gif and open it in a new tab, copy that tabs address and post it in the img markup for the rant.
It's super annoying and complicated but I was getting 100% success with it.
