How does that happen?

I guess his mom or dad gave the tattoo parlor permission, but the better question is how much money did all of that cost?

I have a friend back in Idaho that was getting a new tattoo on his shoulder and the outline work alone was over $500. He said it would cost at least another $1,000 to fill the colors in.

How do these kids afford shite like this?
