I think you are missing the point. I honestly don't believe that anybody thinks Alabama is dead. It wouldn't surprise me to see that Alabama is not quite as strong as they had been the past 10 years or so. Saban is easily the GOAT, and I expect Alabama to have success for a long time to come....even after Saban leaves.

But I also don't think it is "getting out over our skis" to say that Alabama is feeling toe loss of Kirby.

GIFS are nice and fun and troll worthy, but the effect of Kirby was first felt this year by Georgia, and won't show up for a couple more years in Alabama if the OP is correct.
