Isn't Mullen's first choice. Doubt he offers Corral. But losing Corral could lose other recruits which is why he probably tried to keep him.
He has gone after Jones far, far harder than he did Corral. Now we have the OSU predictors all claiming he is coming to UF.
Could flip tomorrow too. Since he is expected to be an early signer.

He didn't offer him at MSU, and wouldn't have at Florida. That's true. Also, that was my fear for Corral as well -- since we lost a CB (also from Cali) maybe because of Corral (although people don't think they're connected).

Unless this visit goes horrible, he's probably coming to Florida. I think he's like 4th string at this point at OSU and at least 3rd at Alabama.
He could play from day 1 and is built for Florida's new offense.

Man, you guys are so insecure, aren't you? I guess it's strange because as Gators fans, we were used to competing and winning championships for the last 20 years, so I guess it's kinda weird that you guys are finally pretty good???
He'll put on some weight this off-season, and we'll (hopefully) not have all of our captains out for the game against UGA. Hurts not playing with your #1, #2 and #3 WR, #1 and #2 RB, and your #1 QB due to suspensions and injuries -- nor your #1 and #2 Safety, nor the backup to that safety, nor your best Defensive End and his two backups (to suspension) nor the other End and his backup.
We don't have a sleep-walking McElwain anymore (although he still beat UGA pretty soundly the past two years).

That's quite a sob story, Straws. I can't count the number of times UGA limped into the cocktail party - often with Ray Goff at the helm. (He made your last coach look like Bear Bryant by the way) We didn't make excuses. We made adjustments and we did our best. We didn't turn on each other and our players didn't punch each other out. We continued to fill our stadium each and every week. We kept our heads up and waited for better health and better days. They are here now and, yeah we are enjoying them. A lot! But even if times were not so good we would still be supporting our Dawgs. We always have and always will - no matter what.

And that's a valid reason to lose -- although I doubt Georgia has ever lost 12 players before the season started.
(9 suspensions, achilles tear, heart problem and foot surgery)
There are valid excuses for losing, including, but not limited to:
#1 QB.
#1, #2, #3 WR. (X, Y and Z starters)
#1, #2 RB.
#1 DE, #2 DE and several backups.
#4, #5 LB (The only scholarship backup LBs were suspended all year)
#1 SS, #1 FS, #2 FS.
We were basically playing with FCS number scholarships and lost our HC. I understand that Georgia fans think all teams have 51/54 juniors and seniors left over by the previous staff at every school -- but that's not really how it works.
We'll be back, though. We're already well on our way.

He coached AT MISS STATE. NO ONE CAN RECRUIT WELL THERE.
How do you people not understand how bad Miss State is?
Do you people not remember this is the second worst program in the SEC? Of course he recruited three stars. It's all that will come to such a shitty program. It's the Vandy of the West. He had to recruit against 20 other programs that offered far more just in a 1,000 mile radius. Only way he could get recruits was to do what Ole Miss did. Cheat like crazy.
This is just pitiful.

Msu has put a good bit of talent in the nfl over his tenure.
And Starkville is a steaming pile of shite so he had to be doing something right.

The fact that this "Great" QB's best 2nd option was sanction stricken Ole Miss should tell you all you need to know. Not USC, Bama, LSU or ND... friggan Ole Miss. Saban,Harbaugh,Jimbo and Meyer werent beating his door down, and Mullen took his sweet arse time going to see him while offering other QB's along the way = Non priority.
We dodged a bullet.

That really makes no sense whatsoever.
Why would a 5* qb want to go to a school on probation an loss of scholarships?
You guys back to your old ways so soon?
This is what happens when you don’t clean house entirely

Over the past 4 years the Ole Miss QB would start at those schools over their actual starter.

Bo Wallace wouldn't start over Hurts, Coker or Simms.
And none of them would start over the projected number 1 overall pick at USC this year

You mistake confidence I have in uga being better than uf for the foreseeable future for insecurity. Wrong spin. Tell us why swift isn't all that.
In the 15 seasons since spurrier left, uf hasnt been a good team for most of that time.
You never explained how uf beating uga in 2016 was domination but uga beating au in 2017 wasn't.
We sent our sleep walking coach to Miami.
