Jarvis jones was undisciplined. It is why he hasnt translated to the stud in the NFL.
Roquan uses instinct, intellect, and his athletic ability.
The only edge that I can give to Jarvis is that he hustled to the whistle every play (regardless of where the ball was and where he was on the field). But as a player, Roquan is on another level.

Pittsburgh also tried to bulk him up and turn him into a three down player instead of let him do what he was good at.
