Saban Has Reached A Major Crossroads

This may seem dramatic, but the rest of Saban's coaching career will largely be determined by how he handles the present situation at QB.
It all boils down to Jalen vs. Tua
I honestly believe that Alabama will backdoor their way into the playoffs right or wrong. If Saban stubbornly decides to stick with Jalen it won't be a championship season.
If Saban sticks with Jalen up through the start of next season, Tua transfers out, and the delcine will be real. The next 2 seasons will be without championships. Recruiting will decline, etc.
However, if Saban opts to go with Tua *right now* there's a legitimate possibility of a championship this season for his sixth overall, and having an absolute worldbeater at QB for the next 2 years winning a Heisman trophy and 1-2 more national championships.
Depending on if/when Saban makes the QB switch, it will largely impact whether he quietly starts to fade, or he goes out as the unquestioned GOAT.
The whole cfb universe is balancing on Jalen vs. Tua whether you realize it or not

Can I have next weeks winning lotto numbers while you’re at it?

Tua has blown the competition away when the score is 38-0 so that must mean he's ready to be a starter!

Too Bama, Didn't Read

That dude is as much Bama as Pat Dye.

Only an idiot would start a new QB in a playoff game unless forced too.

I got banned from the Alabama board for being too anti-Jalen.
Fortunately most bama fans are off his dick now, and are starting to see the light

I haven't compared stats, but I honestly think Jalen improved a lot this year. He also played well in the Auburn game. Most of the issues in that game were due to play calling.

This guy can't even post on the Bama board

Wait, fans want the backup QB?

You’re the piece of shite who was wishing Jalen would tear his ACL. Delete your account pussy.

You said you wanted him to blow his knee out. Why don't you tell everyone about that.

Jalen will start next year. Just go ahead and prepare yourself now.

I'm not worried about Saban sticking with Jalen if he's not the same answer. Remember, this is the same guy who came precariously close to benching Greg McElroy for true freshman AJ McCaron when Bama was 8-0. He also played RS freshman Jamarcus Russell a lot of playing time at LSU and of course started true freshman Hurts last year. Saban has never given a frick about experience or played favorites. He just wants to win. Jalen will start the rest of the year and then Tua will beat him out in an open competition next spring.

Because he did that one thing against Vanderbilt in the fourth quarter.
