Literally last week A&M put as much pressure on him as anybody since Clemson and Stidham had his best game of the year.

Yeah A&M's stellar defense really got after it, I'm sure.

Reference my mans who put the stats up a few posts ago. Two sacks and 1 qbr.

When I think of big xii teams, I think of defense.

That's kind of the point that is going over your head. A&M is leading the Conf. in sacks.

In fairness, A&M leads the SEC in sacks.(they average 2.5 a game) 2 is a good number for a game, but as a whole Auburn played well keeping Stidham upright. I would think the more concerning stat for Auburn would be 9 tackles for loss in one game.

Cannot believe I am saying this, but A&M defense was much better this year. Their offense however was putrid.

I think this has the makings of a great game. Both teams have some real strengths. Both have some questions at qb.

I give GA a big edge in special teams when it comes to punt returns and worry that might burn us in this game.

But ultimately, this should be a good test for both team's offenses. GA has absolutely crushed the run game, and AU has to have a good run game. So something will have to give. Same for GA, I thought Fromm threw the ball well last week, but if AU can hold down the running numbers, it will be a good test to see if Fromm can carry the team.

I am excited to see both teams in the top ten and playing.

Hope it is a good game.

Hope AU wins.

My man, in your clearly astute mind, in what way would the quality of a QB's play in the face of pressure be reflected in the stats of the opposing defense?
