The first person Kirby hugged after the FLorida win, walking out onto the field, was Florida safety Jaewon Taylor who Kirby recruited last year.
Taylor ended up at Florida, but they both embraced.
This is a good sign that he is making real authentic connections with kids.
Kirby recruited him, he went to the enemy, Kirby comes in and shite-stomps them, and the kid is the one who ran out to be the first one to not just shake hands, but embrace Kirby.

Welcome to recruiting? These coaches develop relationships. It doesn’t necessarily end if a kid goes elsewhere. It’s not unique to Kirby.
