It's a double sided coin.
Investing in the program gives the coach a better chance to be successful.
Investing in the coach with bad facilities puts the coach at a disadvantage.
I think we need to invest in it all this time around, what worked with Spurrier and Urban doesn't matter. Our fanbase is going to be throwing money into the athletic program if we hire Chip. Hell, I think we could get 100,000 people out there to build the facilities for them for free if it meant us getting an offense and competing at a championship level

If we were ever going to spend some money to upgrade the facilities for a coach -- it would be worth it for it to be Chip Kelly. 100%.
He's a guy that could bring in millions for our program, we need to throw everything we possibly can to get him to come and turn our program around while also generating money and future Gators for our fanbase.
