Dammit Boy...Derrius has a higher career YPC than the 5 best RB's from UGA EVER.
I was wondering why you keep doing this weekly thing.

Your numbers are incorrect. I suggest you recalculate them and fix your errors.

Who gets drafted first. That's all that matters really.

To these guys anyway.

Guice hands down.

Which numbers do you find to be incorrect?

I'll be glad to recalculate them?

I got the career ypc average from sports-reference.com.

Turns out, Derrius is better than every RB form UGA....EVER.
Who knew?

Also, these threads are very disingenuous as Guice plays on a far inferior team, which any moron knows that affects the way he's able to play.

But you already knew that.

Eat: Guice's career ypc is better than uga's five best rbs ever. /thread

Guice fed and thrived off of defenses being fatigued with Fournette still there last year. Now that he's the guy he's showing that he's a typical, big time overrated LSU player.

Fire away the downvotes at me.

Advantage of a small sample size...about half the carries of Chubb and about 1/3 the carries of Herschel. Given current pacing, it won't hold. Chubb is going back up (was only dragged down by last year's injury recovery season of 5.0ypc) and Guice is clearly headed down.

Let us know if Guice breaks the century mark on Bama. Y'know, since Fournette never could.

You are truly...TRULY...a dumbass. This might be true THIS year, but in no way was it true last year, the year before, or the year before that. Chubb has played for three different offensive coordinators, one of which was Brian fricking Shittenheimer. Geez....revisionist history majors....

And guide still has a better career ypc playing for completely inept offenses.

So what were you saying, you fricking idiot?

Wait, this is a real thing? lsu thinks they had a back as good as Chubb?

Carry on good sir. This should be like an episode of Intervention. They only get help if they want to.

Let's just do this all over again (also from FOUR years ago, too) for the whole argument.

Yes, Nick Chubb and Todd Gurley played with a great offensive line in 2014, no Hutson Mason was not respected more than Anthony Jennings. He at least protected the football but his abilities/inabilities were shielded a bit by the playcalling. Teams were not afraid of losing because of anything Mason did, which is why Florida destroyed Georgia in a surprise that season.

Schottenheimer is just as shitty as the offensive coaching that LSU had and Greyson Lambert is just as bad as Brandon Harris (also very hidden).

Fournette may not have been healthy last year, but his injury was not a devastating knee injury that takes one year minimum to get back from.

Clearly you're not too bright. Again, small sample size. Guice doesn't have enough career carries to even be in this conversation and the more he gets, the farther his career ypc drops. My guess....he falls behind after you play Bama.

eh, that was definitely the case in 2015, but last year most of his yards came in games where Fournette didn't even play. The only game last year where that was really applicable was against Arkansas. Against Alabama, Jacksonville State, State, and Auburn, he only had 12 carries combined. Guice is still plenty good. He's not as good as Fournette but he's still a great back. He's been hurt. It happens.

Soooooooo...it's ok that this dope does this weekly.
But if I want to use career numbers that include 336 carries, the sample is too small? LULZ

Derrius is clearly not 100% this year and that was reported to end fall camp.

Fournette is doing it weekly in the NFL now where he received 18mil as a signing bonus .

Poor little Nicky Chubb is still playing little league ball for free and risking his health so that dopes like you can brag about his stats. Pathetic.

Absolutely fine with me, and hopefully a program changing decision.

Sensible people know that Rig is trolling you. Some of you know better. Then there's the intellectual elites, like yourself, who keep taking jabs at that shiny hook every week.

Yeah, when your CAREER carries are only about 50% better than ONE full season of any actual ELITE bank's carries, I'd argue that you've still got a lot of work to do. And you still have no answer on his average dropping, game by game? It's math, my friend. He won't end his career ypc where it currently is.

Chubb played all last year "not 100%" after a devastating knee injury and still out-averaged this year's "not 100%" Guice....who has what? A toe sprain?

Gotta switch over to Fournette because the Guice argument is sinking? I see.

That's cute. Chubb came back because a. he needed another year to show he was back to his pre-injury self, which he is pretty damn close and b. because he doesn't quit on his team. Chubb is one of the good ones who hasn't viewed his college career as nothing more than a path to the NFL. Not only will he do just fine in the draft and will be every bit as good as Fournette as a pro, but his status as a legend in the state of Georgia will be cemented. Kid will never want for anything here.

Surprised Guice isn’t that far behind considering how bad LSU’s line has played

He also hasn’t been healthy clearly

Let’s compare his stats from last season to Chubbs this?
