They weren't in wrong place at wrong time. They were sloppy and more blatant than the others. This isn't an NCAA investigation. This is the FBI. That's not wrong place at wrong time. That's wrong place at wrong time doing the wrong thing for a long time. I'm sure more will be named, too.
So it is a little bit wrong place, wrong time.

There are likely dozens more doing similar or same thing, but to say "wrong place at wrong time" is just not accurate. Being in the car with a friend who happened to have weed with him and you didn't know it is wrong place at wrong time. Taking $100,000 in bribe money and then filtering about 20% of it to players and their families is not wrong place/wrong time type stuff, IMO.
