So much potential with Chief Osceola and Renegade vs. Big Al, but no, let's have the Glitter Guys rubbing glitter in Big Al's eyes.

Chief is on the side. It might've looked weird with him taking on an Elephant. Despite the glitter guys, I think the UT and BAMA ones are the best of the bunch. JMO.

Can't help but think ESPN was scared shitless of offending someone with that choice. Can't use FSU's mascot. Nope. The hurt feels.

Why put it in at all (he's there on the side)? I mean it's pretty well known that the Seminole tribe trains and even dons the outfit/acts as the chief. Regardless, I think it's telling that it takes two glitter guys to face Big Al and Al ain't phased.

FWIW, all of the covers are based on other Marvel Covers. They're listed at the original link (bottom of my OP) if you're curious as to the Artist and Orig. Series.
Personally, I don't mind that. They all look really good and the changes are enough for me.
