This sounds like an opportunity for a GA based entrepreneur and BBQ outfit to install themselves in Sanford and sell about 10,000 sandwiches every game day.
The only BBQ joint in the state that could possibly handle that kind of scale is Fox Bros. They're doing it in Suntrust and will have a space at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
At the end of the day, it's not going to be all that good. It's going to all be prepared sandwiches so bitching about quality of product at this point is ridiculous. Not saying you, just other comments I've seen surrounding this story.

The owner of White Tiger in Athens (best in Athens btw) told the Flagpole that he doesn't think anyone in GA could have met the Sanford Stadium demand at this point, without significantly compromising on their quality.. he specifically mentioned Fox and the SSI place.
However, he followed up with his disappointment that the smaller GA based companies weren't offered individual booths. He suggests that his company White Tiger, Fox Bros, and all the others, are all perfectly capable of operating at a single booth level of production at the stadium.
