Georgia lost to them in 96. Golden Eagles did some damage in the 90s

The first year of LSU football. Not surprising LSU lost to UAB in 2000.

We just lost to the refs and North Carolina.

I am trying to speak SEC
You might as well join us in the ACC if you would rather speak about basketball

South Carolina is directional and a state school and UNC lost to us in 2015 when we went 3-9 and lost to The Citadel.

Would you like me to go through the blue bloods of college football and tell you when the others last lost to a no name university
Tell us about Michigan and Appalachian State.
Texas and a lot of opponents lately.
Notre Dame and a lot of opponents lately.

That may not help because even your SEC rivals do not lose to these universities let alone two in one year like Bama
Clearly it does.

Beat the directional school UA-T that year after losing to the real UA

If you remove BYU Texas has not lost to a non Power 5 school since they were a member of the SWC. I went back to 94 and could not find any.
They usually do not play many non Power 5 schools

I'd love for North Carolina to schedule Bama
Home and home would be rad but both schools are playing so many neutral site games now. I'd settle for CFA.
When Bama played dook a bunch of Bama fans came to Chapel Hill. Good people and they really filled Wallace Wade that day.

So the University of Alabama's flagship is in Birmingham and not Tuscalooser
Now it is all coming to me why the Gumps are so insecure
UA Tuscalooser I guess qualifies as a directional
school now

I remember that too. Had several Bama fans stop by our tailgate before our win vs. Clemson that day! Durham was crimson for a day.

If only Bama could trade those rare embarrassing losses for multiple losses to the likes of East Carolina, South Florida and Wake Forest.

Not long ago, UNC lost to Furman 28-3 in Chapel Hill
