Tournament ball makes me realize how garbage SEC refs are

If Arkansas could play with this rulebook in league play we'd make everyone sore. Actually being allowed to press and play aggressively on D has completely changed our game. frick the SEC for having such pussy refs. This is WAY better to watch.

I agree that it is nice to see the refs swallow the whistle a little. Keeping the games to a reasonable duration would be nice.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. I can't remember what game was on when I got home from work but I looked at the scoreboard and there was 2 min left in the game and NEITHER team was in the bonus. I didn't even know that was possible.

There are no "SEC" refs. Just college refs.
A n SEC game may be referreed by a crew that will do an ACC game the next night.

What a tool. You realize what a crying non playing athlete you look like. It's amazing how many hog fans cry refs. Maybe get a hobby and take a break from the internet

This. In fact two of the refs (at least) from the Arkansas/Seton Hall game I recognized as regulars among SEC games.

It isn't that it is different refs. It is how they are instructed to call the game. Same reason SEC tournament games go faster. When the games are on a timeline they try not to call as many fouls to keep everything on schedule.

So the SEC doesn't have its own basketball refs any more? They definitely used to.

Haha, USC will kick the shite out of us unless the refs call the game heavily in favor of us to prove a point against North Carolina and their gay hatin...probably still will.
