Yup. People have talked about us starting 4 freshmen as a reason for our struggles this year, but watching our senior day yesterday I think if you look at our upperclassmen it's a bigger reason:

TJ Dunans- JUCO transfer
Ronnie Johnson - Grad transfer
LaRon Smith - Grad transfer
Devin Waddell - walk-on

Those are the only 4 seniors. Only JR scholarship player that played is TJ Lang who was a 3* and only plays 16 mpg. There's no real leadership on the team. Next year will be the first time we've had upperclassmen that Pearl recruited from HS. Should make a huge difference IMO.

Oh and both the 4* players committed for next year are top 50 players.
