Not a fairy tale. NCAA case would be weaker without Student A-C testimony. That is a fact.

They broke the rules as well and cut a deal to keep playing. That is a fact. Giving money is cheating, no doubt, but so is asking for a payment and taking it when given.

The immunity is the B.S. part. I get it for the relatively minor infraction of taking a meal or hunting on some ones land, but this joker took $15,000 and he will skate.
Now State knows they have a person who broke the rules on their team and they don't have to do shite about it.

If that isn't twisted logic I don't know what is.
If your staffers weren't doing shite while under NCAA investigation, you wouldn't even have a damn 2nd NOA. That is a fact!

It's twisted logic to think that Leo Lewis is the final straw that broke the camel's back when there are over dozen more Level 1 allegations on the table today.

I hope like hell the folks in charge at OM aren't spinning their wheels on this one little Level 1 with Lewis.

They need to be burning the midnight oil trying to build a defense for the Lack of Institutional Control and Failure to Monitor anvil that hit 'em in the head last week.

That's the real point. If OM is able to reduce the dollar amount of Allegation 4 down to $50 from $15,000, it
wil still be a LEVEL I violation.
