Lots of good info from Ryan & Jason.
Say we miss on Waddle, ITS, & O'Neal, the 3 prize targets.
Then miss out of the key DL types Ossai, Brown, & Ojomo.
We could still finish with a top 18-22 type class with guys like Strong, Beal, Amaimo, Martin, Jashaun, Jackson, Wheat, Parker, Sanders, and a few other names.

We are going to close on Waddle, ONeal, and Preston.
The fear in Austin and among other former B12 rivals like OU is palpable. Their entire strategy since ESD has been to focus solely on our top recruits in an attempt to weaken the impact of the Jimbo hire. It is somethjng they have discussed specifically as a strategy, not just to secure good players. It has put us on defense, as we have 15-20 recruits we are working on while Texas has a couple. The problem with their strategy is that Jimbo and Co are shutdown recruiters and will not go quietly. The last few weeks hasn't don't much for me but reaffirm that we have an elite recruiting staff that is going to get results. They may or may not close on everyone this year, but I'm hearing positive things are in motion with several. Brewster has been a big impact so far in state, and Craig has been a big impact out of state in SEC territory for us.
