He could be. Almost all of these guys look ridiculous on high school film, though. That's why they are being recruited to major college football.

Fat chance we get Olaijah. He’s USC abound.

Copeland is a potential third DB. I’m curious if they’ll ring up ITS (who purportedly has grade issues but then again so did Copeland two months ago).

Parker probably signs today. Maybe we take a grad transfer QB in the offseason for depth.

So Saban has the rare whiff on DL, a position of need this year. All that means is he will take it as a personal challenge to shore up the position next year. Competitors, you have been warned, do not come between Saban and a DL target next season or you will get your feelings hurt.

I don't think we're really in it for Griffin, Beal, Langham, or Sewell, but we'll probably have a hat on the table.

Yep, all the coaches want that recruiting tool, that they beat out Saban/Alabama for a recruit.

Absolutely, one of the most critical cycles for a particular position of need since Saban has been here. If we miss out on Beal and the rumors are true that we wouldn't take Langham's commitment, that must mean that the staff has already gotten silents from 4-5 blue chippers in the '19 class. The new hires must be paying off.

The last comment Watts had about Ross (2 hours ago) - "Lot of rumors with Justyn Ross. He has went silent with all coaching staffs. UA had felt good the last month or so at least. Clemson is battling hard."

I don't think it's a whiff. It would have been nice to add a couple more for sure, but we have some pretty good guys coming in it looks like. Davis, Wynn, Parks, Barmore. Not too shabby.
