Because they pay their players better than anyone else in the league, therefore are able to get all the 5* talent their little grey shirts can gobble up. If not for that, saban would be exactly what he was at LSU, an above average coach, with a shot at winning it all once every 5 years or so.

I hope you realize he was correcting a poster who said only one assistant left. Which is not true. To what extent it will have on the program as a whole, is left up for debate, but will come to light in the near future.

If staff continuity was an issue, it would have already derailed Alabama's success. This is an annual debate. That despite the mountain of evidence that Saban replaces assistants with more great assistants, people ask the same questions over and over.

It's true that eventually one of these years you all will be right about Bama's decline. Similar posts as yours have been made after every Alabama loss since the 2012 loss to A&M and Johnny Manziel. Since then Alabama has won 2 more NCs and 4 more SEC Championships and been to every playoff so far. All great sports runs come to an end so eventually this one will too. However odds are Alabama is going to win the SEC and be in the CFP for the 4th year in row next year. Sure they might not win it all again as any given year there may be a team that can match them. Not likely to be Clemson again next year, but Ohio State looks to be coming back around with an experienced team as does FSU. I'm sure there will be another team or two in the mix for top team along with Alabama.

Actually Christobal left as well. He was also Bama's best recruiter.
Saban is Bama's best recruiter.

Good grief.
You're saying this because you hope this is what is happening, not because any of it actually is.

Only people tired of the Process are you lot of losers tired of watching your team get their teeth kicked in by it every year

I don't think ESPN has ever really liked Bama that much in the first place. The only person from Bama they ever give credit to is Saban. When is the last time they hyped up a Bama player as much as Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, Tim Tebow, Manti T'eo, Jabrill Peppers, etc...? Amari Cooper was one of the greatest college receivers of all-time yet he was pretty much ignored by ESPN pundits most of the time while someone like Marquise Lee got a ton of hype and attention.

Anyone down-voting this man's post, simply wants to see Bama lose because they are miserable with their own team.
That's ok because losers can't stand winners. No wonder you guys hate Nick Saban

I love the new narrative from these LSU tards - Bama's decline is in effect.
Meanwhile if they checked the Bama recruiting thread they would see Saban is out recruiting like a madman and Bama is raping Louisiana of its best recruits. Yet bama is the one in decline.

It's long been known that Saban is having difficulties at the school and administration.
It's hard for Saban to get along with the people he works with. You can go all the way back to Michigan State to see this.
The wheels are coming off this bus; and when he retires be on the lookout for sanctions that won't even rival Ole Miss escapades

Bear Bryant was at Bama 25 years and won back to back titles in years 20 and 21. Great coaches don't conform to the normal coaching stereotypes.

Losing a championship always hurts the legacy of a team. I think back to the undefeated Patriots season that came to an end in the Super Bowl. However, I don't remember that tarnishing their reputation as a football program.
Alabama is a machine. One game doesn't turn the tide. Every player on the roster was part of a number one class. We have a stockpile of analysts that would be great coordinators at any P5 school. We have the best staff.
We aren't going away just because we had a one-loss championship season with a true freshman QB. On the contrary, that true freshman will be much better in year 2.
My final point - Saban and Bellichek are cut from the same cloth. Bill is older. I'd look for Saban's decline once the Pats start losing

LSU fans have been saying this since 2007. Keep repeating it long enough and one day you'll be correct.
