I can tell you that behind the scenes there was a split in the team much of the season. Half the players thought Damien Williams earned and paid his dues to be the starter. Then Mullen went with Fitz. I would hope by now that issue was put to rest now that Williams is transfering.

I've heard a lot of the players don't like Fitz because he has the gay... Not that there's anything wrong with that.
