Anyone saying 95 Nebraska would get destroyed by anyone is being ridiculous. Now, they could possibly lose, but that team had super talent and ran that offense to perfection.
Saban has never liked going up against the triple option and has said as much because it's so hard to simulate if you don't run it. Even with time to prepare, it's hard to plan for when a team is that talented and runs it that well.
The 2011 Bama D was the best one I've seen and the only team that ran on them was Georgia Southern. They averaged 7.7 ypc (unthinkable). Saban said they just couldn't stop them. Nebraska had about 10x the talent Georgia Southern had though. Saban with a month to prepare has proven that he is a master, but that style of offense is difficult to prepare for even with time because it's so different and so few teams run it now. The 95 and 96 Nebraska teams gave Saban the worst losses of his career (he was at Michigan State back then).
