Talking to someone who deals with BBall for AU, our biggest SOS obstacle is finding teams willing to not screw us and throw us a bone.

Nope. You cannot read in my posts that I thought we purposefully scheduled a shite schedule. It's not there. It's not even between the lines.

We did try to schedule a better OOC slate of teams, but the rest of the SEC has to play in the shitty conference as well. Did every single SEC team just play better OOC teams?
We still played Purdue, TCU, Uconn, and Oklahoma.
