You started with the name calling first, little boy. All I did was call insurance a scummy profession.
and as for the link, it depends on what a "properly filed claim" is. When a pen slips and smudges the side of the paper, your kind tends to decline it.

ETA: Let me elaborate, a life insurance claim is a 1-2 page form. The form, 100% of the time, can be obtained with a phone call or online, with instructions. And it can be copied. So if you make a mistake, simply resubmit a new form.
