Bc these rankings factor in game-control... and tenn spends tons of time each week getting pushed around by sun belt team and mediocre sec east teams.
Has lsu even trailed by more than one score all year?... UT has trailed by three scores multiple times in the first half.

Tenn has played a much tougher schedule than LSU has.

They've only played east teams so not likely. LSU beat State who would be the favorite in the east and lost to Wisconsin.

That's debatable... but this ranking factors in how you play vs that competition. UT has looked pedestrian against Ohio and app state... outright should've lost to UGA (who needed a minor miracle to beat a team lsu just throttled)... and was outplayed for long stretches by Florida.
It's not a stretch at all to thing lsu is the better team, when looking beyond just W/L record.

Arky next 7 games:
Vs Bama-L
Vs Ole Miss-L
@ Auburn- tossup
Vs Florida-W
Vs LSU-W
@MSU-W
@Mizzou-W
If they go 4-3 or maybe 5-2 with that schedule, a statue of Bert and his hot wife should be erected in Fayetteville. Both naked and straddling a greasy hog for good measure

Think of it as rounding.
Good job with the qualifier. 55 wins, 57 losses. So let's just all agree that A&M gets one more win to make this work out, OK?
