For once, you're probably right.

Who was the last person kicked off of uga's team?

Johnathan Ledbetter...?

Would be my guess.

When's the last time we truly destroyed a decent opponent? Even when we dominate the game we tend to let them make it close somehow.

Ex: UGA 2013. Let our foot off the pedal. UGA comes back puts their foot on our throat and somehow we wiggle out of it. This is basically how we operate.

I honestly believe AU will give them a good fight. Just don't think they can last with Clemson for 4 quarters.

I'm kind of in this corner as well. I think auburn is better this year than last.

The biggest thing people are missing here is clemsons defense is baaaaad. Playing in the weak arse acc makes it look a little better than it is. Auburn has an offense that can make you look bad if you're not disciplined. Yes auburns d sux too but if clemson can't match them drive for drive they could go down. I think auburn wins this one by thaaaaat much.

If Auburn keeps it 10 or less I'll be impressed.

I am one that does not think this game will even be close. Clemson will win big time. 21+. Auburn will have a tough year!

Clemson was lucky to beat scar last year. They're not drubbing auburn on the plains. Bookmark this shite

This will be the start of The End of Gus Bus.
Dabo takes a knee inside the 10 yd line to stop the bleeding.
The start of 1-3 in the first four games for auburn.

Sorry, but if Clemson is still like last year's Clemson, then they are an elite team. Should have won the national title if not for some really stupid special teams mistakes and totally ignoring the TE against Bama.

Auburn fans will be leaving Jordan-hare by the middle of the third quarter after that vaunted Kevin Steele defense has given up around 45 points

I actually think Auburn will surprise people in this one. Clemson had a couple of close calls early last season (20-17 win against Louisville and the 24-22 win against Notre Dame). It may have a lot to do with it being the first game of the year and in a hostile environment, but I think they may a good game out of it.

Clemson - 27
Auburn - 23

Watons was returning from a major knee injury at the beginning of last year and the coaches didn't want to run him as much as well. Clemson also lost their top NFL body WR in the first game of the season.

both the louisville and SC game CU had control of the game. CU had control of ND game, was up big start of 4th and Dabo decided to keep it on the ground and they were bombing it down the field and made some plays. ND didn't see the full array of the CU offense and still got beat. and they were a good team.

CU has top atheletes in secondary this year, and our secondary wsan't that great down the stretch last year and they never got many interceptions. several of them were focused on going to NFL. that wont be an issue this year.
