Unfortunately, that debacle is before my time as a poster, and also before being a lurker.
I'm just curious as to how that thread started out(I obviously know how it started, I'm just talking about the actual contents of the OP), how many pages it had, and I guess how rustled some people got.
All this Ole Miss drama and Bama drama got me to wondering. Anybody mind dropping some knowledge on 4.3?

Yeah. Call me when Ole Miss/Tunsil or Bama/Robinson get a fricking flow chart.

Atleast 2k pages. It was anchored and posted in for months afterward
People literally quit jobs to track down documents and news stories. They called and emailed NCAA and public officials often
It's also how the SECR devolved into what we know it to be today

Someone a while back told me the rant thread eventually got deleted I think.

Almost as amazing as the amount of pages ATPB went, was the quickness the mods deleted every damn thread created when AU was ultimately cleared.

Or the mods banning Auburn fans and deleting their posts in the thread.
Pathetic moderation of a website.

You think us Aubs are joking when we use the term "Cam-sessed" in this forum?
And why we refer to him as the gift that keeps on giving?
Cam!

There for a while a lot of the posts involved political corruption in Alabama. That thread really had it all, and I unabashedly admit it's what brought me out of lurking.

Since you are rehashing the Cam incident, you need to listen to Bamascoop's tapes claiming to have Cam's voice on it agreeing to accept money. It was amazing how the bammers jumped at that, they even got their buddies in the press to put their jobs on the line.
