It's common knowledge who coach34 really is. A quick Google search will reveal that. Grovewater is not revealing anything that can't be easily found.
This guy is not coach34. This guy is seems to be a spoof. Coach34 wouldn't use butterfly in his name. This guy is just taking material from ED and posting it here.
Also, grovewater, you got his occupation wrong. A LinkedIn Google search quickly reveals where he really works

My confidential sources, all just out of jail, who I shall name as "Dak", "PJ", and "Chris", told me the second letter won't be ready until the week after Mullen beats Freeze.

At the most they will lose 2-3 scholarships and maybe a coach or two can't do in homes. And at this point even that's a stretch.
Neither you nor anyone else knows what the penalties will be at this point.
Judging by what they did to SMU basketball, the guys running the NCAA now mean business.

Every Ole Miss fan knows the penalties. Remember the year we only won two games?
So do we. They will now be recorded as "losses."
And 6 skollys. Which matches the number of recruits we did not sign last month.

IIRC, we've used 3 of those 6 already on juco's. I bet well plan to dock ourselves 3 more next year.

We had 8, after Simmons and Carter signed elsewhere.
And, we have since signed two.

OP has been pretty much spot on with all of this? No?
Everyone knows Ole Miss is cheating their asses off, just comes down to proving it
I'd laugh my arse off at Ole Miss if it came true and I'm certainly not defending Ole Miss.
However, I am unaware of any way the NCAA could confiscate a recruits phone etc. The entire problem with the NCAA is they lack any real legal standing to force kids to do anything like that. How would they know and force the kids to give up certain phones?
The only thing the NCAA has is they can take away the eligibility of the players and things like that. That gets them to corporate with interviews and such, but they have no power to do things like subpoena people etc. So how are they going to catch a person with a burner phone and such?

Best to cooperate with the NCAA and not lie to them. They can definitely require recruit's to furnish bank account records if they want to retain eligibility.

NCAA does not have the power to confiscate property. That has always been their problem. No real judicial or lawful power.

I am really confused....first it was Bo Scarbough but now it is S. Carter who got money. Was it Chris Jones or Jeffery Simmons that snitched. And then there was the Pell grants used by the Track team to funnel money but now it's a Jackson based bank with ATM cards....I mean the narrative keeps changing.
