Losing lbs will definitely help with the foot issues. Try a huge bowl of oatmeal for breakfast each day. You'll be shocked at how it lowers your appetite at lunchtime

Thanks for the replies guys. I have been trying to eat something for breakfast which is something I haven't been doing the last 3-4 years. It has definitely helped keeping my appetite down throughout the day.
I have decided to hold off on doing any heavier weight lifting until I get down to my goal weight. I do some light weights, pushups and dips but main goal right now is getting in cardio 4-5 days a week. I enjoy swimming but I feel that rowing gives me a better workout given the same time period.
Clothes are already starting to fit a little different and I am feeling better.
