I've done p90 and it's a good workout. Definitely more beginner than some of the others we've discussed ITT like Insanity. But if you do everything Tony tells you to, it'll kick your butt. All that's needed is a couple of resistance bands, pull up bar, chair and some dumbbells for most of the workouts. And something soft for the ground.
