I'm gonna post this again because you ignored it. If Barnett is the 10th best DE in the league because of who his sacks came against, then you need to redo the whole list because:
Garrett # sacks in conference / team / Sacks allowed ranking
2 USCe 70th
1 Ark 9th
1 MS State 90th
1 AL 45th
1 LSU 30th
Garrett's 6 in conference sacks came against fronts that averaged 52nd in sacks given up
Barnett:
2 UK 93rd
2 Vandy 79th
1 UGA 15th
1 AL 45th
1 USCe 70th
Barnett's 7 in-conference sacks came against fronts that averaged 67th in sacks given up
It's really not as big of a difference as you think. Not to mention If you included freshmen stats, because if you did then Barnett kills Garrett in conference

I don't even think Barnett has any forced fumbles
