Because ISIS is not in Syria, right?
And the West has a great program in place to screen and verify that these refugees, the product of a state of civil war in Syria, the government of whom has very little to no intelligence on the refugees and absolutely no motivation to provide any information about them to the West, and actually an incentive to let ISIS come to the West, are not terrorists?
This is what we are supposed to believe?
