Even if you do hire Herman he'll probably be a massive flop because losing is just what SC does. Historically one of the very worst programs in the entire country, and a total and complete gut job. Doesn't seem very desirable to me, but whoever you hire the odds am overwhelmingly point to him failing. Is that the real source of your anger?
