Is Peyton the all time best QB to come out of SEC?

I say yes. The complete package. Yes he only won one Super Bowl but is irrelevant in this discussion

I'm undecided on this one.

Depends on the situation

Question is- who has been better?

Who can you really say is better? He's one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL the last 15 or so years.

Peyton meant everything to his teams. Look what happened to Indy the year he did not play, the team went from 11-5 to 2-14 without him.

Just 15 years? He's one of the GOATs.

I think he's the best to come out of the sec hands down. So who does he replace? Thinking on a totalitarian level in terms of college and pro, Broadway Joe?

There's really only a handful of QBs that you could make a case for being better. (Montana, Brady, etc depending on your opinions)
None I can think of from the SEC in that conversation besides Peyton.

Well, I was being modest towards his accomplishments. I like comparing current players to their contemporaries, and the only other guy playing today that's in the same neighborhood is Brady.

In my opinion he is by far the best to come out of the SEC and arguably top 3 to ever play the game. But to be honest, the SEC hasn't produced a ton of great NFL qbs.
Namath, Stabler, and Tarkenton are some that come to mind. Jury is still out on Newton.

I really, really, want to believe in Cam, but I can't just yet.
He could really use some help in some skill players, though.
