In all seriousness, where is a good shop in Tuscaloosa to buy souvenir gifts? We are from Louisiana and will be passing thru headed home from Gatlinburg, TN. My oldest son is a Bama fan. Thank you to all who respond.

Supe Store on campus has the best selection, but no all that convenient from the interstate. Its in tge Ferguson Center. If you're just looking for shirts or hats there's an Academy Sports off the interstate on the Hwy 69 South exit. Exit 71a I think.

There used to be a Bama Fever in University Mall, but I haven't been in that mall in years. It's about a mile or two off the interstate on McFarland Blvd.

I think that all "true" Alabama fans just call that "souvenir shop" Wal-Mart.

Very smart of you to lure your son to a local shop full of Bama gear and then leave him in that Bermuda Triangle of trashiness. You went for the Joe Dirt. You got a defected model of a son, time to start from scratch

You could go a few minutes out of the way and go to campus. There's a big store in the Ferguson Student Center. It's on the bottom floor next to the post office and Starbucks.

It should be fantastic weather. Just park and take an hour or so to walk around campus.

Easy off - easy back on.

Take I359 (exit 71B) to University Blvd. Turn right on University follow it into the heart of campus. There's several options once you reach The Strip. You're also not far from the Supe Store, which will have the largest variety - especially since the renovations were completed this summer.

Bamastuff on the Strip.

Edit: everyone is saying the Supe Store which is huge but pretty expensive. You can get all of the official stuff like the coach's polo there though.

If you must be in a hurry, the Walmart is just off the interstate.
So, don't knock it.
But I don't recommend that, obviously. Take time and go to the strip, buy some good stuff , and take a quick tour of the campus on the way out.

The Expeditions store on University Blvd has some nice shirts. There are a few places near there with clothing/souvenirs.
